Wacom Tablet 6.1.0-5(RC) (Mac OS X)
what in the world is going on with the versions???
i have wacom v6.0.5-3 installed for my Intous 3, but VTP says i should ? downgrade ??? to v.6.0.5-2, and i see that on this page these have been overtaken by 2 further updates 6.1.0 i AM using a power PC mac, so maybe i should not be looking at these 2 later versions (what IS RC anyway?) but i am STILL puzzled why i should go from -3 to -2 or has wacom decided that later versions count DOWN to the next stage???? EXTREMELY confusing! [alert admin]

Mactracker 4.1 (Mac OS X)
wrong version number, bollocks
yet again, VTP sees an app as being an entirely differenbt version, and so repeatedly asks if i want to update it (esp annoying when Get Info and looking at the app iotself shows me it IS the latest version) this time it sees Mactracker 4.1 as 4.0.6 this is incredibly boring and i wish you'd do something about this and all the apps that VTP sees incorrectly - i have reported this and MANY others, often without any response from yourselves, or any action taken this, and the fact that VTP now takes up to an HOUR to scan my 180Gb HD, is turning me off using this app (and i know it's value i have used it DAILY for about 3 years now) but it is NO FUN using it anymore get it together or get lost!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [alert admin]

FontDoctor 7.2.0 (Mac OS X)
the download package does not work
os10.4.8 cannot open the installer and i had 7.2 on my mac but VTP sees it as an earlier version a waste of time [alert admin]

there is NO acrobat d/l, even tho VTP tells me there is
i have adobe acrobat professional 7.0 (v7.0.7) VTP informs me that there is an update to v7.0.8 available i clcick on d/l and receive a file named "misc" which, once clicked on opens up a page in textedit, which informs me of the various sizes of 708 updaters! this is of no help at all and is rather strange, even moreso when i try and find the updaters using the adobe updater app (AUM) which tells me there are no due updates; and worse i cannot find any on adobe's website [alert admin]

i just tried to download the app, and i got a file entitled:- downthemall_-0.9.9.4-fx+fl+tb.xpi and apple doesn't recognise the .xpi extension, and so doesn't know what to do with it nor do i [alert admin]

problem with your adobe bridge d/l
having seen there was an update to adobe bridge, i tried to get it directly thro the app then fro adobe website it wasn't there, os i d/l it thro VTP, and installed it the probblem is now if i run adobe bridge, and click on updates, it tells me there is an update to the bridge trouble is, it is only half the update, the part to do with photoshop it would appear that YOUR update caused only part of the whole update to d/l, thereby ddeposuiting an updates OPS or OSP or omesuch which thn informs the installer, when i tried it again, to stop cos i have already recived it is ther a way to UNINSTALL the part you are sending? so that i can go thro the app and get the full version? onyx's server is withholding all downloads
just tried to update onyx, but doing it directly from your site took me to a wanadoo restricted page (in french which i don't read too well) so i opened my version of onyx and tried to update that way, this led to onyx's site, but when i tried to d/l the updated version i found i was directed back to that wanadoo page so it's not working at the moment got any french speakers there??? i heartily agree, it is a great shame that Adobe, of all companies, is the first to start creating Intel ONLY apps, and that is while ()% of mac users are still running poerfectly good Power PC machines :(

very strange, the moment i posted that feedback (and that was from the VTPro app itself), i am whisked to this page which is obviously the right page to d/l acrobat!!! however, clicking on the blue Download button on this page took me into Transmit (an ftp app) which showed the list of various d/ls dragging the .aum file to the desktop resulted in a window announcing that apple did not recoignise the file type dragging the .dmg…
