nova media plugins for iSync 1.0 (Mac OS X)
I don't want any unneccesary files on my harddisk. Does anybody know what this installer does? Can't use Pacifist to look inside. A shame that a 3d party company has to do what Apple always fails with - stay up to date with iSync. [alert admin]

Gizmo 1.1.0.82 (Mac OS X)
I stopped using my gizmo account (2.7 cents within europe is much too expensive) but they refuse to delete my account!! It is unbelievable, they say they might delete it one day when it is no longer used but until then they will keep my email adresse, my credit card number, etc. This is against european law and I really don't feel comfortable with this situation. Propably they have a problem with their system or they want to have a large customer base to fool some share holders. [alert admin]

MacGPS Pro 6.0.0 (Mac OS X)
What is the point in this software when I cannot download a demo version? I want to compare this software in a 30 day trial version with other GPS software. I also want to find out if this software works with my specific serial to usb adapter (some OS X software does, other don't, they get no connect). [alert admin]

Gizmo 1.0.0.55 (Mac OS X)
Again a new version, but no version history available. Calls to Germany are expensive, they are 2.7 US-Cents where as Skype charges 1.9 Euro-Cents (includes already 15% vat). [alert admin]

PhotoRetouch DigiCam 4.0.4r2 (Mac OS X)
This does not come near PS Elements 3 ![]()

I hoped to find a Elements 3 replacement because Elements has some bugs in its user interface and is often slow (slow startup). But PhotoRetouch DigiCam looks even older (what is it 1990 carbon?) It even asks two times for my admin password and comes with an installer. I hate this. The app itself does not have anything that Elements does not have. It is less cluttered and faster. So this is the Universal Binary version?
What took them so long? I thought they did the port in one weekend. :-) [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 4.0 (Mac OS X)
If you need a new serial number because you get a new main board or a new mac this software stops working. The sales company never answers to mails for a new serial, so you have to buy a new license. This becomes very expensive over the time!!! [alert admin]

Don't open the .bin file in Toast. It is not meant to be burned on CD :-) Open it with "The Unarchiver" or "Stuff It". I suggest you get the free Unarchiver. I wonder why Adobe packed the .dmg file in a .bin file, but software distribution and installation is always strange with Adobe...

I now have the same phenomen under Tiger, it even stopped working in Panther. Now after a few days it again appears in my sound prefs. I now use their OS X 10.4.1 driver: http://www.m-audio.de/files/Sonica_OSX_1.0.4.dmg But a few days ago it did NOT work with these new drivers. I already used a different USB cable. I thought my Sonica is broken. But as you have the same problem I think the Sonica device is just a little…

You should submit an update to the versiontracker team not in the forum. Than everybody is informed faster about a new software.
