Total Immersion Racing 1.0.2 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

Calibration Available

If you install Total Immersion Racing 1.0.2 (released in July 2004) you should find an app called 'Input Calibrator' in your 'Total Immersion Racing' folder. You can use this app to fine tune the calibration of your controllers (check the Input Calibrator ReadMe for further details) If you experience any problems with TIR, please get in touch with us at <tirsupport AT zonic.co.uk> [alert admin]

Chameleon 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Mac OS X 10.2 compatibility

Unfortunately a last-minute change before 1.0 to increase performance on AltiVec-capable systems running Mac OS X 10.3 or later can prevent the app from launching on some Mac OS X 10.2 systems. We have identified the problem, and plan to release an update next week to address this - we are sorry for the inconvenience in the mean time. [alert admin]

Black & White 1.1.9 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

If you are having any problems with Black & White ...

... please get in touch with us at <bwsupport@zonic.co.uk>. As josecarrion discovered, we will then do all we can to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. It sounds as if DieHardFreeze's Black & White Preferences have probably become corrupt, leading to the crashes he is experiencing - Trashing the preferences would most likely solve the problem. However, unless those who are having trouble with Black & White or Creature Isle contact us for help, we cannot assist them. [alert admin]

F1 Championship Season 2000 1.0.2 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

karnov55, I have…

added an entry to our F1 FAQ regarding the missing SafeDisk LT message (see http://www.zonic.co.uk/games/f12000/). If this does not solve the problem for you, please send a mail to f1support@feral.co.uk and we will investigate it further. [alert admin]

F1 Championship Season 2000 1.0.2 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

TommyMan, Kris_Olson .…

I apologise for any problems which you may have encountered with the update. The application should not need to be renamed for the updater to find it and the game should find the CD in the drive, but please note that this must be the original CD, not a copy. If you have not already done so, please contact us at f1support@feral.co.uk and we will do everything possible to help. Many thanks, Ian. [alert admin]

Sim Theme Park 2.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

To anyone having…

problems with this update - please could you send us a mail at tpwsupport@zonic.co.uk giving us as much information about the problem and your machine as possible. An ASP Report and crash log (if appropriate) are very helpful (see http://www.zonic.co.uk/support/bugs/ for details of these). We will follow it up. To all those who are enjoying the update - great and sorry it took so long. We put this title on our list of things to do when Zonic & Feral teamed up last year, it just took a lot longer than we had hoped. Ian - Zonic. [alert admin]

SwapTop 1.4 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

wheeles: When picking…

a random picture from your Archive, SwapTop should consider all pictures, in both the 'Webshots Pictures' and 'Other Pictures' folders. If you look in your 'Archive' menu in SwapTop, can you see your non-webshots pictures in the menu? One thing to bear in mind is that SwapTop only scans through the 'Other Pictures' folder when SwapTop is launched - so if you add pictures to this folder, you must re-launch SwapTop to get it to recognize them. As an experiment, could you try moving most of the pictures out of the 'Webshots Pictures' folder (maybe only leaving two or three in there) Now re-launch SwapTop, and see if any of your pictures are displayed. Eoghan. [alert admin]

Black & White 1.1.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

DieHardFreeze et al:…

Please forgive me but this is getting very frustrating. To the best of my knowledge, none of the people reporting problems in this forum have sent a mail to our support address. If Black & White crashes very early on, it is almost certainly an configuration issue. We are here to help identify and solve these issues if we are given the chance. If you have managed to find a bug, which the other thousands of players have not come across, we will move heaven and earth to fix it. Mac users deserve more and we are trying to provide it. So, once again, if you have problems with Black & White please drop us a line at bwsupport@zonic.co.uk we take these issues very seriously and we *will* help. Ian (CEO, Zonic) [alert admin]
