Apple iTunes 7.7 (Mac OS X)
Why is this version getting 5 starts in VT Summary
With only one really positive review and others mostly negative including previous versions, why is Version Tracker assigning it 5 stars and encouraging users to upgrade without reading the warnings and negative comments. [alert admin]

Firefox 2.0.0.14 (Mac OS X)
need Firefox / why do updates not work
I also use Safari most of the time BUT have found out through sad experience that when forms need to be filled out that sometimes you get to the end and it won't accept some items and you have to start all over in Firefox which has never had a problems -- thanks. One real pain though is that I cannot choose the CHECK FOR UPDATES in the HELP -- it is gray and cannot be chosen ---- so updates are a real pain. Does anyone know a way around this to make updates easier rather than downloading the whole thing again and deleting the old files?????? thanks [alert admin]

SnapNDrag 2.4.3 (Mac OS X)
Expect latest enhancements to be working as well as previous product which I have been using for a long time. Does what it promises and is extremely useful to send or file snapshots. Keep up the excellent work and thank you to the developer for a job well done! [alert admin]

SnapNDrag 2.1 (Mac OS X)
What does the update explanation mean
I am using Version 2.1 and I am very happy with it and use if often with no problems and no "smearing" problems. However for a non-technical person, I do not understand what the revised versions offer and thus am reluctant to update. Something a little clearer for us non-experts would be useful. For example, "SnapNDrag now relinquishes focus so that the previously active app becomes active." means absolutely nothing to me. Now admittedly that may be my fault, but where can I go to educate myself better to understand what this feature does. Thanks! Zentor [alert admin]

AppDelete 1.0.2 (Mac OS X)
I am not an expert like some of the commentators seem to be and also seem to have too high expectations of a free product. I have found it to work great for the limited number of applications I have deleted. What is especially remarkable is the professional website and immediate and courteous and again professional response by the developer. Is not often that you find this level of service for a basically a free ride, and I would highly recommend that those that use it frequently and find it very useful to make some contributions however small to enable the developer to continue to provide Mac users with top-quality enhancements. Body Mass Index (BMI) 5.7.1 (Mac OS X)
... works great once you figure out how it should work ... when I clicked on to the 2 most important items ... in Help--nothing came up for "what about my weight" and ... "how does it work"--the other 3 worked ... put in my weight in pounds and nothing happened until ... I moved the cursor over to kg and clicked ... otherwise everything works well and nothing is a better incentive ... than to see a big fat guy telling you you are unhealthy and overweight ...ONLY SUGGESTION AT THIS POINT (ONLY USED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES) ... IS FOR DEVELOPER TO HAVE A CHOICE FOR MALE AND FEMALE SO THAT ...CORRECT IMAGE APPEARS WHEN THE BMI IS MEASURED--I THINK A WOMAN WOULD APPRECIATE A NICE FEMALE BODY WHEN THE BMI IS EXCELLENT AND AN 'OVERWEIGHT' WOMAN WHEN THE BMI IS TOO HIGH RATHER THAN A MALE BODY---this has nothing to do with the argument re different BMIs for male or females ..............THANKS ERIC OR SHOULD I SAY MERCI [alert admin]

I don't understand the problem because Yahoo allows both automatic forwarding or POP in their settings I basically have my Yahoo alreday forwarded to Gmail which has POP connected to Apple mail -- works perfectly only problem is Hotmail which does not have the forward feature
