BlackBerry Desktop Manager 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Flawlessly updated the OS on my Curve from Verizon and synced my address book and iCal events. The process took longer than expected -- there were moments when I thought it was stuck -- but, having patience, it proved to be smooth if a bit slow. Very happy with the results. [alert admin]

Adobe Reader 7.0.5 (Mac OS X)
I updated to 7.0.5 from within the application (use the "Help" pulldown menu and go to "Check for updates now . . . " The update was smooth and relatively quick on my broadband connection. This version seems to open and perform quicker than v7.0.3, whose speed I was already happy with. So far, no complaints whatever. [alert admin]

Microsoft Office 2004 11.2 (Mac OS X)
Finally, YEARS after MS officially acknowledged a footer bug introduced with v.X SR1, the bug appears to have been fixed. Footers at the standard position of 0.5 inch (i) no longer get cut off, and (ii) actually measure 0.5 inches from the page bottom. Remarkable! [alert admin]

Just as a joke, please develop an analogous application to track testosterone levels and MMPI results in males so that women have advance notice of impending violence. And for added laughs, please include local addresses of emergency rooms and contact info for domestic violence shelters. Ha ha ha ha ha!! Gender bashing is so very funny and inconsequential!! Perhaps in your limited sampling, but . . .
