Music Box 1.0b1 (Mac OS X)
I don't play drums and don't pretend but this prog is pretty cool. Makes me feel like I can actually play. How long is the "limited time" freeness lasting? [alert admin]

Canvastic 1.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Crashed on all 3 of my macs within a few seconds of doing just about anything. Could never withstand classroom or use by children nonetheless parents or teachers even. "the first software publishing tool designed for K-8 students and teachers"?? Um I think not but nice marketing try. Kidpix has been around for ages. Not to mention the other numerous progs available. Kidpix might be more full of "toys" as you call it but it works. For classroom use it works well not to mention the other good progs out there. If you'd like I can send you a list. I see no upside to this; while it looks like a poorly done version of the much better options. [alert admin]

I agree that it works about 80% of the time accurately. This is about par with the others so I guess it's a good thing. [alert admin]

One of those must-have palm utilities. I've been using this one for a-while and it is good. I'd definitely recommend it [alert admin]

AudioRack 0.9.6 (Mac OS X)
I just tested the program and it seemed to work with WAVs for me. Maybe some kind of QT mime is missing on your system? Overall a good program [alert admin]

Guitar Shed 2.0 (Mac OS X)
This is one of those programs that is positively needed for the Mac. My pc friends have always had things kind-a like this and I was always jealous. Now I have a better one then all of them so HA-HA-HA. Program-wise this thing is really good. Being a user of the first version the new chromatic tuner is a major-plus. [alert admin]

Canon PowerShot ImageBrowser 3.6 (Mac OS X)
I don't care what people say on here. Looks like 50/50 are with me in saying that Canon's installer methods are ridiculous. Yes, I own a canon camera, and no it's not a pirated one (um..how can that happen), so yes I have a legitimate use for this software. But I did loose my original cd so I cant upgrade to this version. Plain stupid. [alert admin]
