Mail Scripts 1.3.1 (Mac OS X)
not "opensourceware" so other script authors can view and use the AppleScript source for these scripts (Scripts are saved as "run only" preventing the source from being modified or inspected)? [alert admin]

the Export script was less than exemplary. The initial dialog is lacking in the common sense user interface feature of a "Cancel" button. Subsequent dialogs were terse and unexplained adequately in the supplied documentation. Ultimately the script failed with the message "The variable "theFile" is not defined." and then a subsequent: "Could not save changes to the script "Export Messages" because the script's stack overflowed." Overall a less than useful result. [alert admin]
