FileMaker Developer 7.0v3 (Mac OS X)
Been using FileMaker software for many years. This upgrade is a bold move. Well worth the price, as well as the effort for developers to employ. Transition of complex solutions is time consuming, yes, but I am finding as long as I am well-informed (read documentation), organized and patient, it goes smoothly. So far, so good. And the fact that FIleMaker Mobile now works with Runtime Solutions makes me VERY happy. It would have been nice if FileMaker included a means of moving files to tables. In any case, I am using this upgrade as a means of cleaning up and better organizing all of my work ;) A positive attitude is a key to success! That which is better for my customers is worth pursuing. [alert admin]

ChartMaker Pro 7.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Yes, CharMaker is easy to add to any solution. Been using it for years. Updates are free for registered users. Of course, it's up to the developer to change this in the future. But to date, I have had no issues with this. Yes, it works on both Mac and Winblows. Time saved by not having to develop charting from scratch makes this product well worth it. [alert admin]

iCab X 2.9 (Mac OS X)
Keep up the good work! One of my primary browsers. ... Works great with Keep It Up (shareware). Some other browsers do not. (BTW, don't pay any mind to the immature comments. Some people don't seem to understand what it takes to develop software.) [alert admin]

FileMaker Pro Developer Edition 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
with the upgrade policy criticisms, the software is nice, stable. I am very pleased with performance and usability. Reviews here (I thought) were for critiquing the actual software. This deserves at least 4/5. IMO, we would all be better served if you all wrote FileMaker directly with "upgrade policy" comments. ...I have, and will continue to do so. [alert admin]

Connectix Virtual PC 6.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
esp for those who don't WANT a POS cheap PC, but need to, from time to time, use PC-only products. This software is NOT that expensive. And it runs very nicely on my GHz Mac :) [alert admin]

downloaded successfully (freeware), then registered. Flawless. (Have patience.) If you plan to buy a personal ed. license, I recommend downloading the freeware copy, then pay for it and enter license info. [alert admin]

Nikon Scan X 3.1.4 (Mac OS X)
VueScan. Works great :-) (Sorry. I normally don't advertise for competitors in reviews. Nikon just doesn't deserve my support yet.) [alert admin]
