Apple iTunes 9.0.2 (Mac OS X)
Lost Several Movies Upon Installation!
After installing iTunes I noticed several movies in my iTunes music folder had "disappeared". They're nowhere to be found! No songs or TV shows lost. Just some movies I ripped with Handbrake, but only a few. Still it's a pain to rip them over again. [alert admin]

McAfee Security 1.0b1 (Mac OS X)
Can't for the life of me uninstall this app. Their web site has no uninstall file for Mac that I can find and I can't find an e-mail for them either! Anyone know how to uninstal this? It's version 1.0.0 (340) [alert admin]

SMARTReporter 2.3.9 (Mac OS X)
Been running SmartReporter for quite a while now on all 4 of our Macs. Yesterday the HD in my iMac died after "acting funny" all week. Smart Reporter indicated nothing was wrong! Doesn't work very well now does it?! [alert admin]

Apple Mac OS X 10.5.5 (Mac OS X)
Just updated the new OS. My iTunes music is on an external drive. iTunes can't find them?!! It will search for each song individually and it does find them-one at a time, but I have 20,000 songs!!! Not happy!!! ARGH!!!!!! [alert admin]

Apple iTunes 7.7 (Mac OS X)
Well, I love iTunes and my wife & I both have an iPod touch. The new update was supposed to allow some sort of remote function on the ipod touch after downloading an application from iTunes. We did that but can't see how the remote works. There's no instructions and although it shows we downloaded "Remote" it doesn't "do" anything that we can see. [alert admin]

Tracker Still Doesn't Work Right
Song title, artist, etc still stays stuck on the song that comes up when you first open the program. Ex: The Drifters "On Broadway" and album cover hasn't changed in half an hour. It worked on a version several updates ago! Minor annoyance I guess because everything else seems to work fine. [alert admin]

SiriusMac 2.2 (Mac OS X)
I think this is really good. Been using it a while now, but noticed the tracker doesn't work right on the last 2 versions. For example: It keeps showing Let The Good Times Roll by Shirley & Lee as the current song (for the last week!), when of course, the songs keep changing. I like having 20 channels to choose from although I only use about 10 of them on a regular basis. The sound is good. Just get this bug worked out and I'll have no complaints! [alert admin]

Have To Pay AFTER You Download Update
They don't tell you that you have to pay until after you've installed the update. If you don't, all pictures have a Watermark on them. And, it really doesn't do that much, IMHO. [alert admin]

Album Cover Finder 6.1.5 (Mac OS X)
Been A While But Now They Want $11 Again.
Bought Album Cover Finder a few years back. Used it off & on but always downloaded the updates. Been several months since I actually used it. Decided this weekend to spend some time getting the covers I didn't have. Surprised to find out I have to pay $110 to get what I already had- the "full version". What gives? [alert admin]

I bought Version 8 and a few weeks later they came out with 9. No break for buying 9, so I stayed with 8. Think I'll stay with 8 again.
