GarageSale 3.1.4 (Mac OS X)

A great program that keeps improving

I bought this program over a year ago. I only sell four or five items a year, but each time that I have, I find that GarageSale has upgraded (all free) the software with new and useful additions. They now offer free web space to hold larger auction photos at no cost and the photo feature worked perfectly. I was able to quickly see the super-sized photos from my ebay auction. Best of all, it's another free service. The software is as stable and is as easy to use as any software provided by Apple. Kudos for a great product. The FREE upgrades have made this product a very good buy for me. ... Thanks [alert admin]

Wimp 1.01 (Mac OS X)

Works fine with Tiger 10.4.4

Quick and easy to set up and does exactly what it says that it will do. I use a Linksys router and WIMP makes it easy to retrieve my actual IP address. Thanks [alert admin]

Logitech Control Center 1.6.2 (Mac OS X)

Works fine with Tiger 10.4.4

I have both a Logitec wireless keyboard and mouse and LCC fills all my needs. I did try USB Overdrive to see if it was better. I removed USB Overdrive within an hour since it didn't support my keyboard and it also cost $20 to continue using it. Actually, I like LCC better and it is free. [alert admin]

Snail Mail 0.6.6 (Mac OS X)

Great Utility!!

Snail Mail has always worked great for me and really comes in handy for the Christmas Cards that looks better when the addresses are placed on the envelope in the proper place.

Although other feedbacks have said that it's intuitive, I found it only to be easy when I used the easy-to follow instructions. With the instructions, I could easily set different font defaults or to make new envelope sizes.

Thanks for the great utility ... and for the updates. [alert admin]

SnapNDrag 1.6.5 (Mac OS X)

A great Utility!

If you see it on your monitor, SnapNDrag can copy it in any of 3 formats. I've used this program for several years now and I now find it to be as handy as any of my great Apple Applications. Thanks for the timely upgrades and for not charging us for all the improvements. [alert admin]

GarageSale 1.9.4 (Mac OS X)

I love it!

I don't sell many items, so I thought that this program was a little expensive for the amount that I would be using it. I was wrong! It's actually fun to use and is truly easy to use, while getting professional results. No HTML to worry about. No computer jargon to mess with. It takes care of the photos directly from iPhoto, including resizing them for me. It's a program that can be opened and used in a few minutes with no steep learning curves. Thanks too for the updates too. I like the new features that seem to come with every new release, ... and the updates have been free. Great job Guys! [alert admin]

Keyword Assistant 1.8.7 (Mac OS X)

Works great with Tiger 10.4.2

I'm also using iPhoto 5.0.3 and have had no problems with this version of Keyword Assistant or the the previous version when used with 10.4.1. However, one thing that I've done before installing KA, was to always use their uninstaller to eliminate the previous version. This takes about 5 seconds. I take some 10,000 photos a year, so adding keywords is a must for using smart folders. It's simple to use and has sure made categorizing photos a snap for me. Thanks to the author for providing a great tool and for keeping it up to date. [alert admin]

jBidWatcher 0.9.7.1 (Mac OS X)

Thanks for the Update

This version works even better. Not only does this software let me bid, it keeps track of all auctions that I'm interested in purchasing. It also keeps track of the shipping and allows me to put in notes. It also keeps track of the items that I've bought and the items that I've sold and am selling. Thanks for keeping it free, but all users should donate something to this great author. I'm sure that he has saved me a few auctions ... and a few bucks. I do appreciate the time that it's taken you to keep this up to date. THANK YOU [alert admin]

Cocktail 3.6.3 (Mac OS X)

Great Utility and timely updates!

I know nothing of programing and don't want to know, but I do want a computer that's somewhat idiot proof, thus my switch to Apple many years ago. With the introduction to Unix, I again found myself in the land of programmers and "The Terminal", and I began to have system problems. Several years ago, I stumbled across *censored*tail and ever since then, I've lived in a dreamworld with my purring little Macs. I don't know all that it does and I don't really care, but I do know that all of my little Macs stay happy if I give them a shot of *censored*tail once or twice a month. Thanks again for all the great free updates too! [alert admin]

Won't Work- Missing library?

http://binflash.cdfreaks.com/ necflash is a GUI (interface) for binflash. Go to the link above website to download binflash for the NEC DVD drives. Read the information and the disclaimers on their home page. Put all downloads onto your desktop out of any folders, then double-click necflash and install. Maybe someone smarter has a better way, but it worked for the four drives that I used to upgrade the firmware on. If your Mac OS doesn't recognize…

Loaded fine and it's working ... right now!! Thanks Linksys for not giving up on us.

It's now in the 5th day of use and I've had to reset it four times. That's a big improvement, but I wish I could go back to my old firmware. The problem is that I no longer have a copy of the old firmware and don't know which version that I had installed. Can anyone tell me how to check the firmware version installed.

Worked perfectly for me! ... until !!!

I would like to update my rating and comments. After using this for a week or so, I've had problems with my Linksys keeping contact with my cable modem. Never had this problem before. After unplugging the power for about 10 seconds, it then establishes contact. This has happened at least a dozen times in the past week. I would like to take back all 5 stars.

I tried it and I have to disagree with the reviews below

I've been evaluating this program for some time and I find it to be very stable, very easy to use, and I think that it has a fair price. This developer has a number of great programs, and I have found no reason for slamming an of them. To not like its features is one thing, but to rate a program badly in areas that I know to be untrue tells me to just…

Can't upgrade?

Hi, I solved the "can't locate artwork" problem by making sure that all of the files were stored in the same applications folder, including the 2.75 update. Then, just open 2.75 and use.
