I order this product on line through their web site and paid for it. I NEVER received my confirmation number/serial number from them. After one week, I sent an e-mail with a pdf of my receipt attached, still no word back. After three more days, I sent another message, a little more assertive this time, still no word back. I just completed my last message to them and told them I didn't want their product after all. I would rather have a root canal than deal with lazy sales staff and that, if I found my debit card was tapped for the charges for the software, I would do anything and everything, within the law, to recover my money and to see them prosecuted! [alert admin]
