alternate Universe is "blueskymining" living in? This program used to be Claris Organizer from Apple and an excellent program it is too. Unfortunately they messed up the PC version but the Mac version is still tops. [alert admin]

Claris MacWrite Pro 1.0v4 (Mac OS 9)
wish someone would patch it to work on OS9" but it does! It just needs the Xtend Power Enabler Extension or it will crash. Still the best word processor ever. [alert admin]

Macromedia SoundEdit 16 2.0.7 (Mac OS 9)
editing program, but Sound Manager 3.6.7 (supplied with QuickTime 5.02) causes SoundEdit 16 to crash on launch. [alert admin]
