Directory Opus - don't enter Windows without it! 
As a File Manager / Windows Explorer replacement, it can't be beaten. I have used DOpus since it's earliest release on the Amiga and wouldn't want to be with out it ... ever. The beauty of DOpus is it's total flexibility, it can be as simple or complex as you want, if it doesn't have a button or menu for what you want to do, you can create custom functions with ease.
