OpenMenu X 2.02 (Mac OS X)
FileUtilsCM is freeware with many of the same features for the contextual menu, but without the access options (only available in the contextual menu) or the configuration options available in OpenMenu X. The help hasn't been completed for this version in English, but it appears it will be coming. Soon, I hope, since my free trial ends soon. Well-polished, professional interface. Relatively intuitive. FileUtilsCM 1.8 (Mac OS X)
Quite feature laden. Offers many of the same options that OpenMenu X offers, only without the price tag. Great Freeware solution for those annoying little Finder-related tasks such as creation/mod date touch-up and removing resource forks. [alert admin]

ImageCopyCM 1.0.5 (Mac OS X)
The developer's site is now gone
The download is not available and the server no longer hosts the site for the developer. Too bad, I really liked ImageCopyCM. [alert admin]

Commenteer 1.0.4 (Mac OS X)
If you have collections of files that you need to monitor or want to segregate from similar files, the easiest method is to use the built in comments. Commenteer is the perfect app for making batch changes to the comments. [alert admin]

solitario 1.0 (Mac OS X)
The graphics and sound our extremely outdated. The icon for the game is a transplanted bitmap that looks ugly in the Finder and uglier in the Dock. The game itself is not strictly compatible with Leopard, since window placement is a bit haphazard when Spaces is enabled. The rules for playing the game are not readily accessible either. These things being said, the game play is interesting. If you are a solitaire buff, you will likely enjoy the novelty of Solitario. [alert admin]

DoBeDo 4.2.2 (Mac OS X)
Why is this functionality simply not a part of iCal?!!! Fantastic little widget. Having the ToDo list available quickly from the Dashboard and being able to see what I have on my agenda for the day without having to launch iCal is extremely useful. Being able to change due dates, priority and notes from the widget is more than I could have hoped for. A MUST HAVE! [alert admin]

Taco HTML Edit 1.6.0 (Mac OS X)
This is a wonderful app for editing when you just need to get in there and see what's going on. Documents open like simple text pages. The program allows the user to open a project directory to sift through entire sites or sections of sites. Color coded tags (ala BBEdit). The Syntax checker is a handy little feature that shows invalid syntax and extra tags. The developer hasn't done much with it recently, which is kind of a shame, but "as is," the program works well. Er, um.... When the installer asks the destination of the installation, there is text below the pictures of your hard drives that reads, "You can choose the folder to install into." Click the big "CHOOSE" button next to this text. Hope that was helpful.

Not bad but not what I had hoped for.
There is a downloadable extension (http://texturizer.net/thunderbird/extensions.html) that performs the task of checking all accounts.

...any administrative use should be able to install a contextual menu?<BR><BR>Since OS X is built for users of varying privileges (for server environments such as schools) where not all users have the ability to install software, those applicatioins that do not ask for admin password before installation have been remiss in their attention to the documentation for OS X developers. You will notice that a password is needed for OS X Software Updates as well.
