ICQ 3.0X (Mac OS X)
follow up with a thing or two more about ICQ for Mac. The ICQ client for Windows has an advertising banner on each message window. Mac users, be glad you're not subjected to this. Time limited? Why this would deserve -1 star is beyond me. It keeps you updating to the latest version, not limiting your ability to use the product you already have. Besides, have you ever tested the "time limited" feature? :) Delete all, good feature, but for more, go to the message cleanup option. Very useful for cleaning out large quantities of messages safely. Interface woes. It's an attempt to emulate the Windows client. Any crossplatform software package should attempt to look, feel and function identically across multiple platforms. Unfortunately, the interface will always be driven by the Windows side. ICQ will likely always be released as a "beta" version. This falls into legal concertns more than anything else. Public releases are tested, usually stable and should be beaten on by any means necessary. Find a problem? Report it. [alert admin]

ICQ 3.0X (Mac OS X)
next version is just around the corner. Although I had really hoped groups would be added, there are some cool UI changes and some serious bugs squashed that make it worth upgrading. Groups are however planned for the version following this upcoming release. To keep on topic for reviews, ICQ rocks. [alert admin]

Age of Empires 1.3.1 (Mac OS 9)
I prefer turn based, especially when my scout is getting slaughtered while I'm trying to tell people to build stuff. All said and done a good game. [alert admin]

That MP3 Game 1.1 (Mac OS 9)
off by the fact that your MP#s have to end in .mp3. None of mine do and it's not worth renaming them just for the sake of playing the game. If it worked off of file type/creator codes, I'd try it again. Good idea, poor implementation. [alert admin]

Grokster and KaZaa haave removed the 'spyware' program W32.DIDer from their download. [alert admin]

Game Launcher 1.1.3 (Mac OS 9)
wish it would store more than 5 game locations, however. [alert admin]

drag and drop? Open a new playlist, then drop the folders to be played or converted. Click Play or Convert at the bottom to convert a whole playlist. [alert admin]
