Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.0 (Mac OS X)
I loved 1.4.1. I switched from Aperture to Lightroom because Aperture was buggy. Lightroom 2.0 works for some people, but it's basically Beta on others. Wait for an update. This one no worky. [alert admin]

Apple Aperture 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
much improved since it's release 
the program had issues in the beginning, but don't let the early reviews sour you completely. I'm not using a bleeding edge system, but it is above the minimum required. this is not a 5 star program yet, but is has that kind of potential and it's way better than 2 stars. I recommend trying the program at the apple store before buying it and I would do some research (like how does it perform on like systems and do I need this program?). [alert admin]

Remote Remote 0.8.5b (Mac OS X)
iTunes/music library on old computer (jag/big drive). Running panther on laptop (small drive)... I gave it a shot, but RR couldn't see that iTunes was running on the Jag machine. I've used iHam on iRye, but it craps out and requires lots of fussing to bring back. Any chance RR will ever work for me? [alert admin]

GmailStatus seems to have adapted, it's working as of version 0.8, but there is no snazzy envelope menu bar icon. Just a grey box with the # of unread messages displayed within. Other than that they are pretty similar. [alert admin]

Exif Untrasher 1.3.1 (Mac OS X)
Used this gem to recover a trip to Korea that was hiding on a Sony memory stick. I think it recovered all of the images and there were three extra files that were garbage, worked as advertised. thank you. [alert admin]
