Your Web site is wrong in its claim that I don't have Access 2003

After I submitted the previous message to your board, I noticed that your Web site said the following in red: "Microsoft Access 2003 is not installed on any of your machines monitored by VersionTracker Pro." It is incorrect. I do have Access 2003 (Office 2003 Pro, in fact.) Could it be getting mixed up by something due to the fact that my version is OEM? (It came installed on my Dell computer as an extra option.) [alert admin]

Microsoft Access 2003 11.0.8011 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

MS Office Update seems to disagree with your claimed latest versions

Please ignore my previous message. After using MS Office Update, Access is still down at 11.0.6566 but Version Tracker indicates that the latest available is 11.0.8011. Also, MS Outlook is at 11.0.8010 but VT indicates that the latest available is 11.0.8011. Are your numbers correct? Do all systems get the same updates? My system is Windows XP Pro SP2 with all the latest MS updates, except that Windows Media Player is still at 10.0.0.3646 rather than 11. Thanks in advance for your help. [alert admin]

MS Office Update only brought it up to 11.0.8010

I have MS Office Pro. I used MS Office Update on the MS site and it only brought my version up to 11.0.8010. Why would it do that? Do some systems get more up-to-date versions than others? Are the claimed latest version numbers correct? Also, Access either didn't get updated at all or it only got updated to 11.0.6566. Version Tracker indicates that the latest version for Access is 11.0.8011. My system is Windows XP Pro SP2 with everything completely up-to-date, except for Windows Media Player, which is at 10.0.03646. Thanks in advance for your help. [alert admin]
