This application rocks! It does exactly what it claims and does it well... Thank you to the developer for giving the Mac community such a quality app for free! [alert admin]

XRay Video 4.1.0 (Mac OS X)
Has Version 4 of XRay lost the ability to split output files into two or more sections for burning to multiple disks? If not, how do you do it? [alert admin]

VLC media player 0.7.2 (Mac OS X)
In order to prevent the Audio Source from switching to "Digital" and to eliminate CoreAudio "buffer error" here is what you do: Launch VLC/open Preferences/under the Audio subsection select "CoreAudio output" as Audio output module/click "Use the S/PDIF audio output when available"/Expand the "Modules" subsection/expand the "audio output"/click on "coreaudio"/change the "0" to "1" as the Audio Device/hit the save button/quit VLC/launch VLC/ DONE! Since I got my G5 dual 1.8 - I have not been able to use VLC for VOB playback...Since I did what is outlined above, VLC works perfectly now! VLC is an amazing piece of software! Keep up the super work... Thank you for keeping it free! [alert admin]

G5 dual 1.8 VLC/Panther audio issue (VOB files)
Still unusable on the G5 as stated below: Switching the audio output in VLC to Analog from Digital does not solve the problem. I love VLC & have used it for years... the first issue I have ever experienced is with my new G5/dual1.8/OS10.3.2 and VOB files. It opens and plays most formats including AVI files just fine. The problem is with VOB files. When I try to play a VOB file I get the following error,"coreaudio: failed to set buffer size: [nope]". The file keeps playing though, with no audio - After that I have the option to hit the "Dismiss" button-- after pressing it any audio I hear, no matter what application I'm in, comes out as loud screeches and cracks. I have tested this issue with verious VOB file sizes and OS installs. I love VLC media player - If anyone can help me to solve this issue I would greatly appreciate it... [alert admin]
