PlistEdit Pro 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
As a programmer, this tool is a godsend. As stated below, this is what Apple's Property List Editor should have been at the core. But this is also much more than that. It's what Plist Editor should have been x 3. I use plist files for a lot of my apps, and this thing saves me at least 1 hour in time (seriously). [alert admin]
