DVD Snap 2.0 (Mac OS X)

Great Job

V2.0 does what it promises. Had a few questions, and got a rapid response, which is a major plus! Intuitive interface,a great tool. An easy way to obtain images for DVD covers. [alert admin]

WhatSize 10.2.6 (Mac OS X)

GREAT

I used the utility to find temporary Quicktime Files and part of a movie that did not sel-delete, and were invisible on the desktop. They used up 17 GB of space- worked great!! As a precaution, I replaced the Finder.plist, because of a previous reviewers comments [alert admin]

Citrix ICA Client X 7.00.407 (Mac OS X)

Close, but no cigar

still needs more tweeking to work with Safari. ".asp" file downloads from my secure site, but does not trigger Citrix to open automatically. Manually opening Citrix gave a window that could not be resized! Still works fine with IE, automatic opening of Citrix, and window resizing OK. [alert admin]

Apple NVidia FCode flasher 1.1 (Mac OS X)

why?

I fit the criteria for the firmware upgrade-but- The HD display is already attached, I have 1920x1200 resolution and millions of colors(if you can believe the Display Prefs). Anyone know what this does? Is the 1920x1200 really not there now? Upgrading Firmware sometimes can be quite unpleasant.NVidia refers you to Apple- does anyone have any info more than what is posted on the Apple site? [alert admin]

Nikon Scan 4.0.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

Beachball- can't quit!

Must update your 4000ED to firmware 1.10 first! If you don't, you will get crashes. The firmware update made the scanner give Firewire chain data errors-(the scanner was after my Formac TV unit). I fixed that issue by removing the scanner from the chain and plugging it into a hub attached to the other port. After all this, 4.0.1 scanned well, but the program would not quit nor force quit! Going back to version 3.1.4 resolved this.(Mac OS 10.2.6). [alert admin]

Symantec NAV virus def Jan (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)

The V.8 file…

downloads as a classic app, not OSX. I tried calling Symantec to tell this this, and the tech support rep. would not discuss it without me paying $29.95! [alert admin]
