Users cannot save mail as plain text files....indeed you cannot save mail at all.....save is greyed out......same old crap [alert admin]

AKVIS Sketch 8.0 (Mac OS X)
I used Sketch 7 and found that it was very delicate and would crash easily......version 8 does not seem to see Photoshop files and two of the first three jpg's crashed the program....you cannot drag and drop files of the dock icon to open them either.....if it would just not crash it can provide some cool results although not watercolorful enough for me.... Apple iPhoto 7.1.1 (Mac OS X)
The wonderful thing about iPhoto is you can always EXPORT THE ORIGINAL file.....so no matter what your apparent problem is you can always get your original back in a folder of your choice to play with it the way you want!! You can import your files or just have iPhoto look at a folder of your choice so no importing is done. Its clear most folks having problems haven't even explored all the features and preferences of iPhoto. [alert admin]

AOL Desktop Beta 3 (Mac OS X)
As a 16 yr vet of AOL, these versions of late are certainly disappointing. The only way to get my AOL mail and save where I want is with Apples Mail app....AOL desktop locks up and the website restricts saving location...... [alert admin]

HandBrake 0.7.1 (Mac OS X)
I used once successfully to make an avi at 700mg.....then the next time it crashes in about 1 minute. On an iMac G5 10.4.6 with 2 gig ram....I trashed everything including prefs and redownloaded with no improvement. Any suggestions? Thanks [alert admin]

Same 'space.gif' problem exists...
This is a feature, not a bug....it happens because you have Block Ad/banners selected under Safari....if you deselect that, the page will load.

The reason I rated it high is that its easy to use and has FREE XM radio access....I think its just a server problem or the current internet giant quarrel that's creating difficulties.....
