Recipe Box 1.4 (Mac OS X)
At Sonora Graphics we pride ourselves on providing first-class customer support, but if we don't know about an issue, we can't solve it. AuggieBGood doesn't understand how the Recipe Box works, but didn't take the time to read the excellent user guide or contact us for assistance. Recipe book files are just like any other document. After downloading a recipe pack, choosing File -> Import and selecting the pack will merge the recipes it contains into your recipe book file. Opening a recipe pack, or any other recipe book, simply closes the current file and opens the new one. Auggie's problems with the menu bar are likely due to a bad download or installation. Although such issues are rare, we're happy to assist customers that have trouble with any of our software products--even the free ones! Sonora Graphics technical support can be reached via our web site <http://sonoragraphics.com/contact.html> or via e-mail at: support(at)sonoragraphics.com. [alert admin]

We only recently became aware of the problem with G3 iBooks (and perhaps PowerBooks as well) when a user contacted us. We are looking into the issue. As for the number of charge cycles shown, the percentage value is approximate and will vary by battery type and usage. The 100% figure is based on Apple's estimates--your mileage will vary.
