PDFKey Pro 3.7.6 (Mac OS X)
I'm not sure what else this program does. You can actually open password protected pdf's with ColorSync (found in your Utilities folder) and then save it again. It will strip out the password protection. This will also allow you to open, edit and print file in any program that supports pdf's. [alert admin]

iPSP 3.0.1 (Mac OS X)
It seems a few people are having lots of problems with iPSP. Although I have never tried this program. I do have PSPWare from NullRiver. I actually have few programs from them. Their customer support is excellent. While the program doesn't directly convert Video_TS folders you can use Handbrake / Instant Handbrake to convert them for the PSP. Handbrake is a free program as well. (although PSPWare is not, it isn't an expensive program). Just my thoughts. It would be nice for them to support conversion of Video_TS folders directly though. CUPS-PDF 2.4.0 (Mac OS X)
I actually have the Adobe Acrobat Pro printer driver, but for some reason I can't get it to work right. I can't be bother to spend a fourth of a day figuring it out. This works great and it's free. The only problem I have with it is how it changes the name of the file that I'm printing when it makes the pdf. It puts underscores "_" where spaces should be. (i.e. BellSouth Building now becomes _BellSouth_Building_.pdf) [alert admin]

MetaCreations LogoMotion 2.1 (Mac OS 9)
Hi, My boss actually bought this program a long time ago and wants to know if there is any program for OS X that has the same type of function and ease of use. Just thought I would ask. Maybe someone knows. Thanks in advance. [alert admin]

CloakIt 3.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
Use Encrypted Disk Image instead
There is actually a better method for protecting your files. Go to Disk Utility located here: Hard Drive/Applications Folder/Utilities Folder. Click the +New Image Icon located on the top of window. When the window pops up: 1.) Name the .dmg file that will be made. (Name it something that won't draw attention if you don't want people to get suspicious of what's in it. ie PowerStoreLib or anything that sounds like it might be a system file. Even if a person is smart enough to know that this is a .dmg and not a system file, they won't be able to search for names within the .dmg or open it without the password.) 2.) Choose the size of the .dmg (Tip - pre-plan for how large you might need this to be in the future. You can't change it after its made. You will have to create a new .dmg following the same process if you need more room. Also the encryption does take up a little room, so a 10mb file won't fit exactly in a 10mb dmg) 3.) Choose the AES-128 Encryption option from the pull-down menu. Set the password to something you will remember but is not easily guessed. NOTE: After you pick a password DO NOT ADD this password to the Keychain or you will have to start all over. Also DO NOT FORGET the password you set or you will loose all of the files that you put in there. You will not be able to open the .dmg after it is password encrypted without the password. 4.) Leave the format as Read/Write Disk Image. That's it. It's really easy once you've done it a few times. Sig [alert admin]

ProjectX 1.02 (Mac OS X)
I really really like this program. It is simple to use and everytime my boss and I were saying, "I wish it would do this..." we would eventually find that it was already included. It saves me from recording how much time I have spent on a project (Graphic Designer) by hand. To the other people that reviewed this program, you actually can import it into Excel (read the Read Me file). Just save the file as a text file and then go to import it into excel (these can be set to Tab Delimited or Comma Delimited in the Preferences). The only two features that we really wish were included are a way to delete time (there is a way to add time) and a way to actually import a saved file back into the program (since one of us my have to do revisions on the others job). Other than that I still think this a great program, especially since it's really in it first version out of Beta. [alert admin]

THIS IS AN .EXE FILE!!!! Don't even bother trying to download it. Brilliant. Why do you need an .exe file anyway unless they were trying to track you some way on your machine? I would be cautious of any program for the Palm that makes you install something on your desktop. (barring financial programs and programs that have a function for syncing with your desktop.) They could have submitted this as a .zip file with a .prc file inside like most other Palm Apps. [alert admin]

Print Window 3.1.2 (Mac OS X)
Can't print from Finder Search Window
I was really looking for a way to print from the "Search Results" Window (Command - F) and couldn't find one. I thought this program would do it, but it doesn't (as far as I can tell). If you want to print a standard Finder Window you can go to icon on the top bar of the window where the name is and drag it to your Print Utility; although it will only print the list as plain text with no icons or special formatting like this program will do. Am I doing something wrong. Anyone know of a way to print from the Search Results Window? [alert admin]

for what this program does it is simply the best one at of all of them. I have had no problems with this program at all. It saves me from having to keep full libraries of songs not only on my Mac at work (which is running out of space right now), but also on my PowerBook at home. This is one of the few Freeware programs I've ever given money for. [alert admin]
