Fast DVD Copy 3.5 (Mac OS X)

Excellent program

I think the people that are having problems here must not know how to use their Mac. I have had this since 2.1 and it's a program I stick with. Sure, Mac the Ripper or DVD Backup works fine, but there are tons of steps involved. This is a one-click solution. Now that there's a "movie-only" option, it'll be the best program out there! Highly recommended. [alert admin]

Microsoft Virtual PC 7.0.1 (Mac OS X)

What you haters have to remember is...

...that you are running Windows XP in an emulation mode. A full other OS. No doubt it is going to be slow. If you want to run Windows XP fast - buy a PC, otherwise look at it for what it's worth. [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 2.7 (Mac OS X)

Great program....except for one thing.

I have been using this app for a while now and have only 1 complaint about it. Firstly, It works on everything - my Mac, my DVD Player, my PS2, everywhere which is great. The only problem is that when I backup a full 7GB DVD, it will copy the movie portion fine, but none of the extras (like deleted scenes, featurettes, etc.) even when I double-check I have selected them in the menu. Other than that - I highly recommend this. [alert admin]

Why only 4.4Gb

a Standard DVD is 4.7GB, is there a reason that it compresses everything to 4.4 instead of 4.7GB? [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 2.2 (Mac OS X)

Region-Free Option?

Hey there! Fantastic program - not a spot of trouble for me, and I love how easy it is - no more using 4 different apps to solve one problem. But would it be possible to add an option to make the final DVD region-free? Or to select which region you wish it to be playable in? [alert admin]

gauss blur 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Lrean to spell.

I don't think I will try this plug-in if you can't spell check the four words that you put down to describe it. "fpr" isn't in the dictionary. [alert admin]

Fast DVD Copy 1.0.2 (Mac OS X)

99$ for this?

This will be used by people who don't wanna pay for DVD's - and you think they'll shell out 99$ to use i!? Lower the price to $25 I'll guarantee people start paying for it. Otherwise, a crack will be out there soon. [alert admin]

Acquisition 106.2 (Mac OS X)

Stay away from this product

Any application that allows for remote removal of registration, plus the fact that this developer is now CHARGING for this app - AND that you can only connect to five peers....to me that spells trouble. Hope you enjoy yor $15.00 shareware fee - you may get $15.00 out of it, and you will isolate all those who have been loyal to your app up to this point. [alert admin]

BitTorrent 3.3a (Mac OS X)

Stops Downloading?

Every single Bittorrent download gets between 50%-99% completed and then stalls, with no way to restart. Deleting the file it started to download doesn't help either...it ends up not connecting to the tracker. What is up with that? Anyone else getting network issues with this? [alert admin]

Perhaps this version . . .

Meister Fritz - I think you are what is wrong with the world today. It sounds to me you are one step from getting a lowyer and suing them. It did copy the DVD's you wanted FINE. The fact they couldn't play in one DVD player, but played fine in another does not mean the program is bogus.
