Disk Inventory X 1.0 (Mac OS X)
After a crash when I tried to run it from the disk image, I copied it to my utilities folder and turned it loose on my drive. Somehow over 100GB had gone missing and I needed to find out where. It took less than a minute to track down a 140GB log file. Great tool! [alert admin]

TiVoDecode Manager 1.5 (Mac OS X)
The concept is great. The problem I'm having is that my downloads never seem to be complete. The files I'm requesting are around 2G and I get < 1G in the resulting mpg file. Something is breaking very quietly. The Cancel Download button remains active so I think it still thinks it's downloading but there's no activity. [alert admin]

Complete Apache 2 2.0.48 (Mac OS X)
The install went fine but the httpd.conf file referenced mod_cgid and when I looked, I had mod_cgi.so, not mod_cgid.so. Changing the name in the .conf file enabled it to start. Now I have another problem. When I try to view the documentation, it's showing me the .var file instead of doing whatever language resolution it should to get me to the .en page instead. I tried setting EN as the default language and commented out all the other languages but no luck. [alert admin]
