DivX for Windows 6.8.3 (Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

I have downloaded this and ran AVG virus scanner and it claims that there is 3 peices of spyware Adware Generic 2.ZGX .What does that mean can i still use it with out any harm to my computer? [alert admin]
