Horrible Customer Service and Authentication Problems  

I initially purchased DVDxdv to work on projects where I needed to repurpose video I only had on DVD's to re-edit. The program suited me well, but every now and then kept requiring me to renter the license string. It was annoying, but at least it continued to work. This January 2009 I purchased the Pro version for 80 dollars because I needed some very specific time code to pull out. When I went to use the program last month the license key says it's invalid. I emailed support now twice, and all I get back is an email giving me the same Key that I got when I purchased the program with no other instructions, and the program STILL won't load. I emailed a screen shot of this happening and no response. I would not waste my time or money with this company that won't respond to problems they've created in the authentication process. I guess that's 80 dollars I won't ever get back-AND i still can't get my project done. Jason B. [alert admin]
