I was very pleased to find this program as there are many alternatives available but none as feature rich as this one. It was a little tricky to learn at first but I was still able to get a working schedule relatively easily just by fudging and groping around with it. As a free lite user, I examined the many available online tutorials at the software web site which helped my get confortable using the program. This program has an addictive quality to it with all the feedback that it offers on the built schedules. I went ahead and made the purchase to upgrade from the lite version to the pro version. Here's where the value is: I had a complex scheduling question that I needed support from the author. I immediately got a response (within an hour or so) and I found the guy to be somewhat of a scheduling genius, and what was great was he helped me get up to speed with the software to solve my own issue. I've never encountered product support of this high quality. Really first rate. [alert admin]
