I needed to convert FLAC files to MP3. I downloaded and installed this program and got nowhere. I deleted it. Happily I figured out Toast could do what I needed and I already had it installed. Sometimes you do get what you pay for! [alert admin]

Pester 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Continuous Sound Option?  

Like the other review, I found the program easy to use. However, what I need is a sound alarm that continues until I shut it off. Something like the kitchen timer I currently use for this purpose. I need something that will get my attention in another room if I have stepped away from the computer. One chirp and a pop-up screen only work if I am at the machine. Did I miss an option or feature somewhere?? Thx! [alert admin]

Needs better sound options.
