Excellent Add-On to GoLive, Great Customer Service  

MenuMachine is a lifesaver, literally. I used to spend much more time building menus, and this plug-in allows me to move on and use my day doing other things. I am a mid-level designer, and my coding skills are not great, but I would think that this would be useful for great coders as well. It's not that difficult to use, and the results look great across all platforms and browsers. I found one glitch, something to do with how bold fonts display in Firefox (it's a Firefox limitation, not something to do with MM). I emailed tech. support, and they got back to me within a day and gave me a work-around, which worked perfectly. All in all, this is one of the best additions to GoLive that I can own. If you design menus and want to save time, you couldn't possibly do better than MenuMachine. [alert admin]

SuperDuper! 2.1.4 (Mac OS X)

Great Software, Great Tech. Support  

I've been using SuperDuper for almost a year, and it's worked without a hitch. The one time I had a problem, and the backup stopped because of a corrupt file, I emailed tech support, and they (He? The main developer? Not sure) got back to me within the hour at 9 in the morning! Fantastic! Great software! Great tech. support! I highly recommend SuperDuper if you want a flawless, non-complicated way to clone your hard drive. [alert admin]
