Delicious Library 1.6.2 (Mac OS X)
Even though it took a long time to hear from Mike, I finally got a solution and he apologized because he was swamped with work on the new coding which I can understand. So as for telling the readers to save their money, I need to say that my frustration was getting the better of me.... Even though the program does have it's share of odd things, it's still one of the best and most affordable systems in the mac world. [alert admin]

Delicious Library 1.6.2 (Mac OS X)
Save your money, go to www.collectorz.com instead..
If you're thinking of buying it.. don't.. save your money. After two days trying to solve an issue of a corrupted database and no response from the vendor you might want to go and check out the product at www.collectorz.com instead. I spent my hard earned money on this, I wasted over a week scanning in 1,171 items only to result in this? No Thanks.... I didn't realize that I'd wind up paying someone to "ignore" me and wait two days for a simple "Hello, we're here and working on it... blah blah blah.. " ------- Error message: " Yikes! Your Library File is Corrupt. Your library file appears to have some corruption, we loaded 0 items but your file is supposed to have 1171 items. I've copied the original file to your desktop; if you's like fo rus to try to fix it for you, please e-mail it to delicious@delicious-monster.com. Program reports error: Could not load all items from library database file. Contine with Corrupt Data -or- Quit" -------------- I suggest you think about what you're going to do when this message appears on your screen... [alert admin]

Apple iLife '06 (Mac OS X)
Get RapidWeaver instead of iWeb
Hey, if you're looking for a quick and easy product to make a web site.. Save your money and go get a copy of RapidWeaver at http://www.realmacsoftware.com/ The iWeb software in iLife has a limited set of templates, you can modify your own html, it lacks an FTP protocol to get your pages up to a server other an .MAC which is downright rude. I guess they don't want me to upload my site to their $499 OS X SERVER and would rather force me to use .MAC Don't waste your time using the "counter" button cuz it will only work on .MAC and buckle up if you're trying to add a lousy line of html code for something like the Lycos guestbook or link manager... I spend three days messing with this and it's rather frustrating to know that they could have used the same technologies as RapidWeaver including animated flash themes but Nooooo... I guess making friends with the author of RealMacSoftware was too hard or something.. But hey, here's the RapidWeaver features which have been out for over a year.. You do the math... Key Features of RapidWeaver • Drag and Drop Simplicity • iPhoto Integration • FTP & .Mac Publishing • Over 30 Professional Themes • Flash Based Slideshows • Blog with RSS & Podcasting • Photo and Movie Albums • Easy to use Contact form • Smart Publishing [alert admin]

Don't waste your time if you're running the old version 4.0 the latest version won't import the old files. Even the newest 8.0 falls apart when you try to import your old sites. I called support they asked me to send the file over to them and it's been over a month and they haven't responded. I would think twice before attempting to upgrade. [alert admin]

did a search for PDFU and it doesn't seem to exist.. Might have been better if you left the URL to the author's site.

Kinda makes me want to go out and hunt for a bootleg copy of the software since to don't care enough about the Mac users so why should we care about putting money in their pockets.
