Cyberduck 2.7.2 (Mac OS X)

worked great until the update

2.7.2 seems to disconnect quite a bit. It didn't do that until I upgraded. [alert admin]

Kodak EasyShare 6.0 (Mac OS X)

I'm now on my 8th hour trying to install

I've installed/uninstalled/reinstalled easyshare 6.0 for my intel MacBook Pro about 7,000 times. I've followed their directions over and over again and have tried about everything I can imagine. Kodak's automated responses are magical. Considering how many people are having this exact issue, you'd think they'd have a better automated response. I should have gotten the HP. [alert admin]

X-Plane 8.50b7 (Mac OS X)

No luck at all

I've tried downloading this program several times onto different Macs and it's one error after another. It usually can't find files on the server that it needs. Just now, the installer screen was a complete jumbled mess of graphics, so I cancelled. Very disappointing. [alert admin]

Entourage 2004 is extremely slow

It takes anywhere from 20 seconds to 1.5 minutes just to switch between various folders. I'm running Tiger with a dual processor G4. I'm going back to Office X, this is a horrible update and a waste of money. I should never have bought this product. [alert admin]

Evolution 0.2.3 (Mac OS X)

completely pointless

The assumptions underlying this project are so ridiculous this can't be seen as anything other than a gizmo or a paddle ball...something to keep the bored occupied. [alert admin]

Be Found 2.6 (Mac OS 9)

A solid program…

that greatly speeds up the optimization and rankings check process. I'd like to see an automatic scheduler for resubmission and rankings checking, something that would automatically resubmit to search engines under certain criteria. I'd also like to see a better interface than a pulldown menu for managing a large volume of sites. Otherwise, very satisfied. [alert admin]
