JollysFastVNC 0.98.24 (Mac OS X)
Reliable, fast, and with a very nice "smart dynamic scaling" to fit say a large desktop screen onto a smaller laptop screen. Also can do ssh for security. Excellent product. [alert admin]

Parallels Desktop 3.0 Build 5060.0 (Mac OS X)
Due to Parallels stupid way of different versions for the UK market, we still cant even get build 4560, never mind 5060. Parallels - your overseas support is awful. [alert admin]

TeXShop 2.10beta6 (Mac OS X)
Excellent, and just got better
Now comes with latexmk to automatically run latex and bibtex etc as many times as needed. I use it every day for my work. It stable, reliable, and has a nice clean simple interface. Source code colouring is very useful, as is the abilty to switch between source and output just by clicking. Does a great job! [alert admin]

i-Installer 2.65.2 (Mac OS X)
Makes it very easy to set up the guts of a TeX system for the Mac, to add selected extras, and keep it all up to date. Just add TeXShop for the interface for editing and viweing TeX documents. [alert admin]
