Pads 2.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
be wary of: Back the info up and store it somewhere safe! I lost hundreds of pages of important info shortly I upgraded to OSX. Novices (like me) could easily click on the wrong button when you are transferring files, or when you are trying to find the original info after you've already bought the Pads program, and they ask you to pay for it. Pads just doesn't upgrade simply -- You do it wrong, and you've lost everything. If you have a clear understanding of "preferences" files and where data is kept, you'll probably be okay. Ergonomically speaking, I would say this program is not the best for people like myself who have not grasped all the intricacies of the computer world yet. [alert admin]

GOD!I have been hunt'npecking all over my keyboard to try to find those elusive (but you know they are SOMEwhere) symbols and foreign letters for years. This program rules! Thank you, thank you, guys for saving me from more countless hours which I can never get back. [alert admin]
