VLC media player 0.8.5 (Mac OS X)
I like the program, but I can't figure out how to use this for movies imbedded in webpages. I installed this in windows (Macbook + Bootcamp) and it gave me th option of installing firefox plug-ins. I'm just curious how to do this with a mac. [alert admin]

How do I get it to play Windows media videos in Firefox? I went to the comedy central website to watch daily show clips, but it doesn't play the .WMV's. Does this work directly with the browser? I'm using an intel macbook. [alert admin]

I'll admit that it's pretty cool to have the built in iSIght work directly with the screensaver, but the rotating ring isn't all that interesting. Maybe some other options would be nice. [alert admin]
