Mathusalem 1.3 (Mac OS X)
Mathusalem is not intended to clone an entire volume: it's not Time Machine. Mathusalem is only intended to backup to a remote destination a subset of your disk representing your most important data like your documents, email and photos.
Version 1.2 indeed has an issue in which it wasn't checking for free space on disk before starting the backup (this only affected users trying to backup very large amounts of data): this is fixed in 1.3. [alert admin]

X-Tunes 1.2.6 (Mac OS X)
That's interesting, I've never thought of using X-Tunes like that... and that's not the way you're supposed to use it ;-) Anyway, if the behavior has changed, then it's a Panther thing, not an X-Tunes thing, I'm afraid: can't do anything about it. [alert admin]

X-Tunes 1.2.6 (Mac OS X)
Just tried on a computer with 10.2.8 running iTunes 4.0.1 then 4.1. I also tried installing over a previous version of X-Tunes or as a brand new one. The only problem I found was with the global install (i.e. for all users) where X-Tunes would not work correctly after installation, so I removed this option from the installer. If you already installed X-Tunes and you are experiencing troubles, trash it, redownload and re-install, but for the local user only. If you still experience troubles, please send detailed explanations along with config info to info@pol-online.net, so I can have a look at it, thanks. [alert admin]

X-Tunes 1.2 (Mac OS X)
If X-Tunes does not launch, try adding something in the Login Items preference panel, then go back to the X-Tunes panel. That somehow resets the login items list in which X-Tunes puts its background application (deamon). [alert admin]

PixelShox Studio 0.92 (Mac OS X)
Please note that PixelShox Studio Public Beta is NOT SUPPORTED ANYMORE and no more development will be done on this product: this version is the last one to be released. The reason is that I have taken a full time position in the computer graphics field, where I hope to further build upon the revolutionary visual creation ideas behind PixelShox. For more information, please visit the PixelShox web site at: http://www.pixelshox.com [alert admin]

X-Tunes 1.2 (Mac OS X)
the speed issues you are experiencing. As a matter of fact, the speed at which the X-Tunes window appears is not related at all to X-Tunes: it's MacOS X that somehow caches X-Tunes on disk when it's not used and the system needs memory. When you need it again, as a consequence, it might take some time to appear. However, if you make it appear again just after, it should pop up immediately. X-Tunes uses almost no processing power, except when fading out.
Or maybe there are some specific AppleScript communication problems between X-Tunes and iTunes that would delay everything on your configurations? [alert admin]

XMonitor 1.4 (Mac OS X)
application. The only (very serious) problem is that it relies on a modified version of the "top" UNIX utility to obtain information. And the "top" utility only works correctly when running as root. Therefor the password request at first launch of XMonitor: it's required to set the setuid bit and the owner of the pseudo "top" tool to root. Concretly, you have something inside the application package that belongs to root with restrictive privileges. So you cannot copy the application elsewhere (the Finder will produce an error)... With version 1.2 and earlier, you will only end…
