Alarm Clock Pro 8.5 (Mac OS X)

AMAZING SUPPORT!

If all companies listened to their customers like this company, the world would be a better place!!!! If you ever find a bug, glitch or even want a new feature added to this app, the company will get to it ASAP. It's as if these guys are just sitting at the computer waiting to type in the next customer feedback request into the program. I've had many features added to this app that I wanted - never thinking that it would really happen. Just look at the documentation in the "What's new in this version" section in each new release. I have no affiliation with this company at all - just very impressed. [alert admin]

Entourage Email Archive X 4.0.0 (Mac OS X)

Amazing Support!

I was having problems with the app. *All user-error... DOH! The developer made all efforts to contact me. AND... using iChat, manually demonstrated every part of the app. He even gave me tips on how to best use the app. Definitely worth the price! [alert admin]

Opera 9.1 (Mac OS X)

Some problems... (??)

(Using 10.3.9. So these issues may not be happening in 10.4.x) Cursor positioning: 1. DropDown Menus: The X/Y positioning of the cursor does not correlate to the DropDown menu "selection" positioning. 2. CSS Absolute positioning has the same problem as the DropDown menus. Javascript (DHTML/CSS) generated menus are not displaying in their proper placement in web pages. [alert admin]

PolyRingtone Converter 1.0.0 (Mac OS X)

No contact info?

To the developer: It would be great if you could include your contact info SOMEWHERE ... especially since this is version 1.0.0 of your software. I had a question or 2. [alert admin]

Griffin iTrip Station Finder 2.0 (Mac OS X)

iTrip does work!

I just had to respond to some of the comments about the iTrip. (I have NO AFFILIATION with Griffin at all.) I can understand some frustration trying to find 'open' stations to use iTrip, especially in MAJOR cities. But I can tell you that I've been using the iTrip for many months now, in a few different cities. There are times that I get some static and there are times that I need to change FM stations for clearer reception. But overall, this product does what it says and does it better than any of it's competitors. It allows you to choose ANY FM station. None of the other "FM iPod Transmitter" units do this. Also, when I go over to different friends' homes, I can use my iPod as the Music Player without any hookup... at the beach, into a boombox, etc. So anyone considering this unit may want to run thru the FM band in the area that they intend on using the iPod/iTrip setup, to see if there are 'open' stations BEFORE buying an iTrip. I couldn't live without the iTrip and it's made my iPod much more useful to me. ... and that's all I have to say about that. <g> [alert admin]

Apple iTunes 4.0 (Mac OS X)

KeesW - thanks…

for your repsonse. Neither double clicking or dragging on the Installer works. It appears as if the folder is opening, but it doesn't. FYI: using 10.2.5, installer 1.3.2 (date: 12/18/02). Again, thanks. [alert admin]

I'm not a…

newbie... the only thing in the iTunes4 folder is iTunes4.mpkg. Obviously, this is not an installer. I'm sure that some kind VT guy will tell me how to install. Thanks. [alert admin]
