Aion 1.7.2 (Mac OS X)
Hello, there is a beta version of AION 1.8. It is Leopard (10.5) only. For now the "time calculator" is gone, but will be there in the final version. If you are willing to test it, you can download it from: http://krzysp.net/beta/Aion-1.8b2.zip Best Regards, K. Pawłowski [alert admin]

Aion 1.7.1 (Mac OS X)
AION 1.8 is coming although it may seen some time. It has been rewritten for most part but there are still modules that need work in order to function in the new enviroment. I know it has been a while since AION was updated, but without the new version it will be hard to put in any new functionality. [alert admin]

Aion 1.4 (Mac OS X)
There is a minor error in Aion 1.4. It affects the time zone calculator. If you have a duplicated time zone installed (this includes the time zone itself and the same [or none set] custom name like: US/Pacific and US/Pacific) the time zone function will not work correctly. It just shifts time zones because of the combo box messing up with items (duplicated entries are being removed). So right now the only option is just to not have duplicated time zones (you can have duplicated time zones as long as they have different custom names). The bug will be fixed in the upcoming revision. [alert admin]

Aion 1.4 (Mac OS X)
Aion 1.4 has a minor bug resulting in the application thinking itself as it were accualy version 1.3.2 not 1.4. This doesn't change the app's behavior though. [alert admin]

Aion 1.0b6 (Mac OS X)
I am very sorry I did not get to the page ealier, had some troubles. About AION: Then user has a small screen and runs an application with a lot of menus AION can not show itself. The last version uses less space than its ancestor (due to a location of a huge error :P). The only moment when AION can make the menus stop functioning is because it got hanged. Though I have been trying to avoid such a situation (AION is checking every variable several times in different code places) I can't forsee every problem unfortunatelly. If everbody is having any problem please contact me: feedback-aion@krzysp.rubikon.pl Thank You [alert admin]

You can have day of the week in the menu. Just change the default menu bar format (Preferences/Display Format, look for MenuBar Format and change change). There you can use the tokens to set the format to your liking.

Yes, Tiger has something similar. So now I have to think what to add to make it better than the Apple's dashboard WorldClock :)

Um... it should be. On mine 10.3.2 and mine sisters everything is fine. Is Your anti-aliasing turned off in the system preferences for some font size?
