Dockless 1.3.1 (Mac OS X)
This app causes major issues with Panther. I would NOT recommend installing unless one is savvy with how to uninstall and make appropriate changes needed to restore your Mac to a functional state!!!!!! [alert admin]

MouseCommand 10.1 (Mac OS X)
I would discourage the use of this software. When using it, my cursor would move all by itself to the upper left hand side of the screen and then drop slowly to the bottom without the ability to navigate unless restarted. When using the uninstaller, it removes ALL items from the Accounts Startup Items. The mouse itself works fine with or without great software like FruitMenu. MacMice, try again. [alert admin]

ShapeShifter 1.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I don't think I need to bore anyone with all of the specs. ShapeShifter is quite simply the BEST theming tool there is for OSX...Hands down!! And to put the icing on the cake, it is safe. Top it all off with the fact that it is made by Unsanity, and it's a win win situation. [alert admin]

Cubase SX 2.0.1.10 (Mac OS X)
The whole Steinberg issue can be exceptionally frustrating. If you need support, you have to dial a TOLL number (last I called) and often times are put on hold for extended periods of time (like 1.5 hours total hold and tech support time). Personally, I have had to downgrade because of new updates that totally changed previously recorded songs. This is not acceptable when you use a combo of both MIDI and audio. The default settings from one version to the next seem to change thus making this situation even worse. When Steinberg made an OSX compatible version, they took AWAY VST instruments that they were "supposed" to bring back, but for a price. The dongle is just silly. Steinberg has always been so exceptionally "proud" of their software that they have to keep its useabilty under maximum security. But the new dongle could be easily broken or lost. I would hate to have to find out what the replacement price is for the little tyrant. I have used Cubase since 1996. It seems to me that everytime they "improve," there are several giant steps backwards for many who have been using the product over time. I still use it simply because I don't want to spend $800 to $5,000 bucks for a new package. And since all the music I have recorded has been in Cubase, I am unfortunately stuck. [alert admin]

Cubase SX 1.06 (Mac OS X)
All of my previous recordings refuse to sync up. Similar "screwups" happened between version 3 and 4 -- thus making it next to impossible to have accurate mixes as they were originally saved. Get with it, Steinberg!!!!! [alert admin]

Micon 1.1.1 (Mac OS X)
be cool if you could make it function as a Contextual Menu as Icon Tools was. Then it would be the ultimate! http://www.riccisoft.com/icontools/desc.html [alert admin]
