CRM-Express Professional 3.36 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)

Difficult

After setting up this application on a Vista box, I found it presenting me a bunch of nonsense error messages. Also, I set up the "address book" or data files on a network drive. Unfortunatly for me, it decided to not keep all of the email accounts I had set in it, nor is there an easy way to seperate the email accounts into different folders. Did I mention it wouldn't save the "rules" either? Seems like this software would have been a perfect fit for my client, but I just ended up being embarassed for having suggested it. I did not contact support because the program seems so buggy, that I do not want to waste any further time on it. Also, I cannot seem to find a manual for it either. The help dialog is well populated. [alert admin]

LanTalk NET 3.1 (Mac OS 9)

Nice internal IM client - NO SERVER

My clients wanted an internal IM system to use for inter-office communication. Since they had no server and were just operating peer-to-peer, I thought I would have to get them AIM or some such stuff. Well, I found LanTalk NET and it solved all of the problems including some I hadn't thought of. 1) No registration, it picked up the computer's user name and voila! Done. 2) Works soly over TCP/IP . 3) Install and walk away. 4) Interface that is clean and easy to use. 5) Ability to set the software so it only quits from the taskbar (or not if you wish). Keeps clumsy users from accidently cutting it off. So they are on the trial right now, but I am sure we will be purchasing this very affordable software for the whole office. [alert admin]

Frozen-Bubble 1.0.0e (Mac OS X)

Good Game!

I dont agree that the interface is difficult to read. Yes the letters are outlines, but it is obvious what is what. I have been looking for a game like this for awhile, like the old Bust-A-Move. I really enjoy this game. I know the Apple Q doesnt work for quit, but other than that this thing seems flawless. I like it allot and I play it allot. Great job, and thanks allot for the entertainment. [alert admin]

Synchronize Folders 0.5.1 (Mac OS X)

Works great!

Had two different music folders. This handy utility let me make one neatly organized one. Flawless. Only issue was when I wasnt paying attention and was asked about a conflict. Sometimes I would hit go again. Just a front end design thing. Frickin works great. Thanks a million. [alert admin]
