Terrific

Terrific piece of software. And you can't beat the price. Thanks! [alert admin]

Keyspan USB adapters 2.1 (Mac OS X)

Even Keel

I read a lot of negative feedback. I must say that I have not tried this version (since the only thing listed new is "universal binary" and I don't use this on an Intel Mac I am unlikely to update any time soon). That said, I have been using it quite successfully on OS X from day 1. It was very easy to install and setup. My hardest part was figuring out how to get it to talk to X Windows where I use it most often (Unix ham radio application). I just think folks need to exercise a little more effort prior to condemning a piece of software. [alert admin]

GetArtwork 1.4.1 (Mac OS X)

Hmmmm

Tried but unable to get it working. Later I'll break into the code and try to fiddle with it to get it working. Using Jaguar here. [alert admin]

Great Software

Great product. Does everything it claims. Does it well. A nice item to have if you like astronomy. I am going to forward a few ideas for future features to the author. [alert admin]

Net Monitor 3.5.3 (Mac OS X)

Quick Response

Everyone loves an author who is quick to respond. I emailed Guy about the problem and had a response within minutes. He promised to have a fix in an hour. I had to leave shortly for work, so I can't personally confirm that he did, but I have little doubt of it. Thanks Guy for a great product and good service. [alert admin]

Net Monitor 3.5.2 (Mac OS X)

Great

Love the product. One small bug introduced in 3.5.2, appears not to respond to selecting any of the menu items which are supposed bring up new windows (like preferences or check for updates or registration). Well worth the registration fee. [alert admin]

ThermographX 0.8.0 (Mac OS X)

Startup Item

How do you get it to startup on X? I tried to put it in with the login items in the system preferences, but it doesn't appear when I navigate to the folder. A previous feedback mentioned startup items list, but I don't see that as an option for X unless I'm missing something. Nice application. [alert admin]

Can't get it to work on my new Intel Core Duo

Works fine for me on my MBP (dual core like yours). So I'd assume there is something else going on. Have you tried contacting the author for help?

Resets Tungsten|C

I noticed that as well. So for now it's no AvantGo. It's a shame too, since it's a wonderful concept. But AvantGo has been ignoring the Mac community for a long time.
