Eudora 6.1.1 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Freeware Eudora 6.1.1 (Sponsored Mode)
This is totally free in sponsored mode. It defaults to sponsored mode. It does not ask for any money at any time. It works flawlessly. I use it as my default email client in both platforms. [alert admin]

PGPFreeware 8.1 beta (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Please note that this is a beta version that expires in 11 days. Other than that, it is excellent. It integrated itself with Eudora, Outlook, and Outlook Express all by itself. It appears to be working perfectly. It is also cross platform. Just wish it did not "EXPIRE" so quickly. [alert admin]

XP Smoker 4.0 (Windows NT, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows XP, Windows 2000)
Not Free Anymore, but worth it. 
The prior Version 2.5 was freeware. The latest version 2.7 is $10 shareware. Both are excellent utilities for Win XP system administration and performance improvement. The additional features in ver 2.7 are probably worth the cost. All experienced tweakers should at least try it, but use caution, it alters the registry. The "pay" version 2.7 will run for a while before registration is required. Mr Larry [alert admin]
