Wormhole 2.0.4 (Mac OS X)

The previous comment is correct...

Since 10.3 MacOS X has been able to do this out of the box with the "AU Lab" Application included with the developers tools to configure MacOS X to Send and Receive raw audio or even encrypt the audio during transport using a passkey. But if you need cross-platform network audio transport this maybe what your looking for. [alert admin]

iPodBatteryIndicator 1.0 (Mac OS X)

Have not tried this program, But...

I manually changed the battery indicator on my iPod years ago. You will need to restart your iPod for any change to the battery indicator to come in to effect. [alert admin]

QuarkXPress 6.5 (Mac OS X)

24 resolved issues & 31 known issues

Just how do they let this happen 6.0 http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/tech_info/60knownissues.html 88 known issues 6.1 http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/tech_info/61problemsresolved.html http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/tech_info/61knownissues.html 39 resolved issues 29 known issues ( note that 88 - 39 = 49 so where did those 20 issues go ) 6.5 http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/tech_info/65problemsresolved.html http://www.quark.com/products/xpress/tech_info/65knownissues.html 24 resolved issues 31 known issues ( note that 29 - 24 = 5 or was that 49 - 24 = 25 does not seem to add up, does it? ) go count them if you want. We are a prepress company so we deal with both QuarkXpress and InDesign. When QuarkXpress 6 first can out we received a few 6 files, But we are no longer receive 6 files from clients. The majority of QuarkXpress files we receive are still 4 files. [alert admin]

Adobe Reader 6.0.2 (Mac OS X)

People Seem Confused on this one...

To install Adobe Reader 6.0.2 (There is no 6.0.2 download yet) 1) Download 6.0.1 & install 2) Open 6.0.1 and goto the menu Help -> Updates... 3) Add "Adobe Acrobat - Reader 6.0.2 Update" to the Selected 4) Click "Update" and then "OK" 5) The download will now start. Quit 6.0.1 & wait for the update to finish If you have several macs to do. make a new .dmg that has 6.0.2 in it. [alert admin]

Mozilla Firefox 0.9.1 (Mac OS X)

What ARE you talking about Dalatindragon

1)I dont use Yahoo mail so cant comment on that 2)I don't know what you've done to get it to do that, But I have 10+ Macs which render perfectly. 3)After updating your firefox it will re-launch its self twice to update your profile (don't be impatient give it a sec) 4)What the?, If your talking about the theme add on you like. My Review: Faster load times over 0.8, Render Time slightly improved, theme and extension managment has vastly improved over 0.8 . I Don't like the new default theme Im using Noia Extreme, but Qute (The old Default) is still good. And the Google bar needs to be resizable (Like Safari) [alert admin]

VLC media player 0.7.2-test3 (Mac OS X)

Video Output On Second Screen

This is a bug with VLC usage of OpenGL. 0.7.1 - VLC added OpenGL (for hardware acceleration) but was OFF by Default 0.7.2 - OpenGL is now ON by Default To get your second monitor working for the moment (until this bug gets fixed) Goto | VLC -> Preferences -> Modules -> interface -> maxosx and change "Force a video rendering mode" to quartz [alert admin]
