zonBackgammon 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Too buggy for me... was on the bar - rolled dice - could only move one piece from throw (had two on the bar) the game kept telling me I had another move - There were none... would not let the game continue... Need to iron out the wrinkles. Mate. not worth the price - right now... hope it improves. [alert admin]

Let me repeat that - Do not go upgrade if you go to any websites that use JavaScript!!!! I have "upgraded" and now all is broken... no java script access to information - charts, analysis, etc. I have not tried online PDFs yet... but I will And of course PithHelmet, Saft and VideoBox don't work... I think I am moving back to FireFox Oh, yeah... speed improvement? NOT! [alert admin]

Apple iPhone SDK 1.0 (Mac OS X)
Let's see ... one of the most anticipated SDK to come down the pike in a long time... maybe ever! It takes time to download 2.1 Gigs! The SDK is free and if you build FREE apps - you do not have to pay the $99 or $299 - both of which are pretty cheap when you consider the opportunity to introduce your product to 10,000,000 people by year end. Whinging does not make things change - it only make you look childish The iPhone SDK website is laid out well. Great instruction vids and documents and YES the download is slow... I guess it would be unless you have a T4 pipe. All in all, I am very excited about this product and project. How would you like to have been in on the original Mac 3rd party software development. New GUIs, mouse, all of your computer in one little box... Well, here you are 1984 - again. And you are beotchin'!!!! Give it a rest! [alert admin]

ConceptDraw MINDMAP 5.3.2 (Mac OS X)
If you are going to charge $199 for your product and you are making it Leopard computable - your website needs to fully load in various browsers - (Safari, Firefox) - even when I loaded it "unfiltered" it had many little blue boxes. Also, make it Pages compatible. There are many of us who no longer use ANY Microsoft products. It is worth your price? I am trying to figure out what it has over the "Omni" products and several other "mind mapping" programmes that are not even close to the same price but have as much value. Cheers. [alert admin]

Mac Pilot 2.5.1 (Mac OS X)
I really HATE - and I use that word very rarely in my life! - your registration process - every phuquen update! WHY???? Your website verification process sucks. I had to ask for anew passcode - went through the process and first the new one wold not work and then it told me to request another new one. I did and not only did it not work but it told me that this account had already received a new passcode so this request is denied! <b>What a load of BS!</b> You do this because you derive some perverted pleasure? I am not sure but it is such that I do not think I want to update again. I have not only been a fairly consistent user - I have actually purchased MacPilot for all of my Macs (7) at home and my office! No more. And I will tell my friends. <b>Enough is Enough!</b> (Version 2.5.1) [alert admin]

MacPool 6.0.1 (Mac OS X)
OK... I bought his lovely little game to waste some time - so I installed it on my laptop. It was a great kick. I bought a new laptop... installed this POS on my new laptop - (the old one went to one of the guys I work with) - and I brought the old laptop to new - as in the Welcome window new... all other apps (including this one) wiped clean. I decide I am going to run MacPOS on my new laptop. I use the same email address and rego number (no where on the website does it say that the copy you buy is tied to one machine & EMAIL ADDRESS - FOREVER and if you buy a new registration number (which I did - just to play it fair) and have it sent to the same email address that you cannot use it on any other machine than the OLD machine that was originally registered to that email address! So, I have to get e new email address just to keep these (oh I want to swear so bad right now!!) "duh-velopers" happy. Oh, I also wan to load it on my Mcpro - so I can waste time on a 30" monitor too... Easy - yes? NO - Have ot hve a seperate email addres to register the other machine to. What a phuquen waste of time !!!! For $25 USD. I think I'd rather eat nails! Oh, I wrote a letter. No response. they sure were haoy to take my money twice. $10 first time and $15 the second time. Am I pi$$ed - yes!! Why - because as slick as their website is an as good as the programme is - the registrtion process is a pain inthe a$$. I have a $13,000 scientific analysis applicationthat I can run on three machines - that al it requires is I enter the rego number - do a send back and "boom!!!" I am a happy user on all three machines! Why is this so friggen hard? [alert admin]

Keynote Animations 5.0.1 (Mac OS X)
On 28 August 2007, I purchased the "suite' from these rippoff artists... Nice stuff - paid a total of $181.00 AUD for all of it... i am OK with that... What I am not OK with is that 11 days later; to upgrade the next vesion, I have to pay for upgrades. That sucks big time!!! Maybe that is how they do business in Lituania! I will not only never purchase for you d3ckw@d$ again, I will tell all about it on every blog that mentions your products... Engadget, TUAW, MDN, VersionTracker, MacUpdate, etc. etc. etc. Am I pi$$ed - understatement! [alert admin]

If you know or can find the longitude and latitude of ANY city in the world, you can add it to the database. I have been using VelaClock Deluxe Widget since dirt was invented and I find these programmes invaluable. I deal with clients and colleagues on six continents and often need to conference call several through multiple time zones... This programme is tops... Just because you are not willing to actually do something to…

You are making a few ass-umptions there! I tested 150 websites. Had all of the plug-ins (hacks) removed and turned off. Sites did not work. Maybe it worked for you but if you read - it has not worked for everyone. Many people are going back to Firefox. Read all the posts and complaints. I am sure in your perfect world, you are the centre of the Universe. Lucky you! As whole!

Hmmmmmmmm it now appears that i am no the only one "disappointed" by your lousy product. <b>I am saying if you had ANY integrity at all - you would offer a refund.</b> You lied about the abilities of your product. YOU never said that it was only for Region 2 databases... why do you have such a difficult time accessing region 1 databases - it is just a call out.... and as a progreammer you should…

You need to make your software work with all regions - and it isn't too difficult. And you need to refund the fees to all of us who have been your constant beta testers... If you will notice - beta software is usually free here... we help you work out the bugs and "hidden features"... in the letter I sent to you regarding our registration - I told you my was in Australia and I was…
