ASM 2.1b1 (Mac OS X)
Mac OS 9, so I don't know the difference! [alert admin]

StuffIt Deluxe 7.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
too much to pay for a bug-fix upgrade, then what about $130 for Mac OS 10.2? [alert admin]

Revival 1.0.6 (Mac OS X)
program, and for $25 you can buy much better file synchronization software. [alert admin]

FoldersSynchronizer 2.2.1 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
won't sync folders with more than 40 files, so there's no way I can test this product. What ever happened to the shareware credo of "try before you buy?" [alert admin]

WebWasher 2.1.1b5 (Mac OS 9)
really does filter out almost every ad on the web. Bad news: you have to keep a seperate program running to act as a "proxy server" in order to filter out the ads. Very nice, though; I can surf the web without all the garbage, but I probably won't continue to use it. [alert admin]

DiskTracker 2.2b6 (Mac OS 9)
slow and has an interface too complicated for a task that is relatively simple: cataloging removeable media upon ejection. Can't anyone out there create a worthy successor to Iomega's Findit? [alert admin]

File Freak 3.5.3 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
and cluttered for my tastes. I'm still using version 2.1. [alert admin]

Audiocorder 3.3b2 (Mac OS 9)
but a rather feature-starved program. I prefer using Coaster, which in addition to simple VOX recording, offers many other features that make it easy to create clipped audio files from vinyl records or cassette tapes. It's also free. [alert admin]

RockNES/MacOS 1.953 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
not quite. The program complains that it doesn't have "disksys.rom," a file I don't need to play the games I want. A promotional alert box also appears every ten times I run the program and requires me to type "okay" to get rid of it. Otherwise a flawless emulator. [alert admin]

Adobe Illustrator 10.0 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
at a fraction of the speed as version 9 and constantly nags me to choose a printer (I don't have a printer connected to my machine). I had to switch back to version 9 because I could not get any serious work done with this version. Shame on you, Adobe. As your first real Mac OS X product you should have done better than this.
