MacOSaiX 2.0 (Mac OS X)
I've used this tool for two years now. It just keeps getting better. Easy to use, fast and mesmerizing to watch in action. I can't imagine trying to do this by hand. Thank you. [alert admin]

Fun application. (for adults or kids!) It would be nice to export to .3ds or .obj formats so the digital lego creations could be placed in 3D environments. [alert admin]

TechTool Pro 4.1.1 (Mac OS X)
Updated and works with no issues here. It is faster and I appreciate the grouped results - makes so much easier to start the tests, walk away and then review the results later. [alert admin]

KnotPlot 06Dec05 (Mac OS X)
With the addtion of the Celtic knots, this version of KP is even more useful for creating beautiful to weird knots that export to 3d applications. I suppose if I was a "math person" I'd appreciate the visualization of the formula's that make knots possible but I'm an eye candy person instead - and there is still plenty for me to appreciate. I do like the grid info for the Celtic knots! I remember drawing those out years ago... The animated knots are great - wish the animation data could be exported. The interface is a little intimidating/programmer-y but is easy to use. However, it's well docuented. [alert admin]

Carrara 5.0 (Mac OS X)
With version 5, this program has evolved into an indespensible tool in my studio. Whether I'm creating for print, web or broadcast, the ease of this program and speed of rendering is awesome (especially the network rendering). I've been able to do photorealistic "photo shoots" for clients that don't have product ready to use by importing their CAD files yet can just as easily make the same image look like a napkin scketch. Nice stuff. Not only is the price on Carrara extremely reasonable for all it's power, but top notch plug-ins for this product are so inexpensive it's astonishing. [alert admin]

Spymac Hub 2.0.1 (Mac OS X)
I went to the site ready to give it a spin only to find out that you MUST have a cell phone with text messaging to even complete the registration process - a definate hiccup in the process if you don't have text messaging. Also, for those who create original content, the Spymac fine print says that anything you post on their servers, they get complete reproduction and usage rights to including redistribution - they could even sell whatever is posted with no requirements to pay the creator. Kind of makes you go hmmmmmmm. Are they part of Getty or something? ;) [alert admin]

VersionTracker Pro 3.5.1 (Mac OS X)
This program has saved me time and hassel - thanks! It would be great if I could trackplug-ins too. (SuperBlade Pro [Flaming Pear] for Photoshop, etc.) VT allows me to select the plug-in in the "Add" menu but does not actually track it. Thanks [alert admin]
