SnapNDrag 2.4.6 (Mac OS X)
This is a marvellous program! I really don't know what I did before I found it and now I can't imagine how I could live without it. Many thanks to the developers. [alert admin]

What's happened to Harold Chu?
I've been a very satisfied user of Library Book for a couple of years but for the past few days have been unable to launch the program and get this error message "RSSDownloadFailed (null). Stack trace:" Now I can't even contact Harold Chu. Does anyone know what's happened? [alert admin]

DVDpedia 4.2.0 (Mac OS X)
This is a really splendid program and the support is wonderful -- but I was unable to add the credits for a manual addition in 4.2.0 and had to go back to 4.1.3. This small glitch notwithstanding, DVDPedia is one of my favourite programs. [alert admin]

TubeTV 0.9.2 (Mac OS X)
This is a wonderful program and I'm indebted to the developer for offering it to folks like me who tend to get a bit lost when it comes to converting videos. The people who objected to the 3 download limit obviously didn't check out the preferences. Up to 99 are allowed! [alert admin]

Booklet CE 3.4 (Mac OS X)
In the olden days when I used Pagemaker for publishing fairly long documents, I relied on Build Booklet and was at my wits' end when I moved over to Indesign. Booklet CE was the answer to my prayers and the developer has been extraordinarlly helpful when I have had problems. I would recommend this program unreservedly. [alert admin]

Bookends 7.7.5 (Mac OS 9, Mac OS X)
This is a splendid program and the almost immediate support supplied is really remarkable. It is infinitely less complicated than other similar programs I have tried and as a newbie with rather arcane needs, I couldn't recommend it more. Reference Mine makes it especially useful and has saved me more time than I can describe. Congratulations are in order. [alert admin]
