Geekbench 2.1.2 (Mac OS X)
This is quite nifty program. Works well on Linux, Windows and Mac OS X (tried both PPC and Intel models). Will test it out on Solaris soon. But I think it's rather expensive, though for my zoo... I might get it if $20 covers ALL flavours. If not, no go. For the folks who run it only on couple of macs, price not justified IMO. It would make sense to sell 'whole deal' for $20 while allowing to buy 'single-flavour' at $5-$7... That would complicate license checks of course... On a second note, it's not easy now to 'compare apples to suns' - there's no graphs supported as was in old trusty MacBench 5 (Mac OS 9), neither it is possible to have windows automatically lined up and expanded, nothing to aid that, just pure manual window-fumbling. That, and of course, extension beyond benchmarking just the core (CPU+memory) would be my only two wishes for version 3 release. Keep up the great (and important, among some folks) work! iTuneMyWalkman 0.951 (Mac OS X)
Hi, I am trying to sync my playlist "iTWM_P910i" to my Memory Stick PRO Duo, in Transcend Card Reader P6. When I press Syncronize, I am getting AppleScript error: The variable «class lnfd» is not defined. (-2753) iTuneMyWalkman Progress window rolling indefinitely at "Collecting Data from iTunes". I have to press Stop, and nothing synced after that. Please help. Is it incompatibility with new iTunes? I am using version 8.0.2 (20), on a Tiger 10.4.11 on a Cube (PPC 1.4GHz, 1.5G RAM) [alert admin]

Digi Pool 1.01 (Mac OS X)
Tiger 10.4.10, ATI Rage 128 Pro. Maybe it requires Quartz Extreme or maybe it could not parse OpenGL options for such card. But Quake III Arena can! :) so this game is buggy OMG if only Celeris ported their wonderful Virtual Pool under Tiger...I'd give my $33. [alert admin]

Pool Shark 3D V1.80 (Mac OS X)
It's very hard to adjust the table angle, and it's annoying that the game suggests I would be looking at the table in such many positions! :) The User Interface overall is terrible and pitifying! Please take a look at how it should be done - find a copy of Celeris` Virtual Pool for MacOS 8 or 9 (warning - it crashes under 9 when Quitting). They have the UI and everything - the best of class in any pool game on Earth on any systems - and believe me I've seen many pool games since 1987! OMG if only Celeris ported their wonderful Virtual Pool under Tiger...I'd give my $33. [alert admin]

Maximum Pool 1.06 (Mac OS X)
How can you call playing with a view 90 degrees from above the table 'realistic'? OMG if only Celeris ported their wonderful Virtual Pool under Tiger...I'd give my $33. [alert admin]

Amju Super Cool Pool 2.1 (Mac OS X)
It's just some flashy kid's toy. Physics are not even serious, and the gameplay feel like I am retarded back to 7 y/o. OMG if only Celeris ported their wonderful Virtual Pool under Tiger...I'd give my $33. [alert admin]

How can you call playing with a view 90 degrees from above the table 'realistic'? It does not develop aiming skills, no way. OMG if only Celeris ported their wonderful Virtual Pool under Tiger...I'd give my $33. [alert admin]

I guess most of sentiment for v1 comes from a better UI (more mac-like). And also in the new version those pesky "dissolve window" effects had I to disable! :) In fact devs need to look more into what makes a nice Apple Human Guidelines-compatible UI. Among first things I would call for 1 combined window (Calls+Messages), separated either by tabs or by folders in a retractable drawer. (E.g. Apple Mail) Now it looks a lot like MS Entourage/Outlook Express. Also there's no "Call" in the Message Centre context menu (on a message) - but there is "Send Message" in the Call Centre context menu (on a call record). But worst was that it could not see all my SMS, nor all the Calls from N95-1. I could not figure the selection rule so far. BUT - it's got great future, I believe. Just don't make such un-contigent moves like v1 to v2. Evolve, evolve, fix bugs/UI blunders and voila! [alert admin]

Yes I am also very sorry it does not work in Leopard. If somebody could fix it... Seems like Hotline is dead now - it's a torrent world now. Good that we have replacement of Gnutella. If only DHT took on it's wings soon...

I wonder will it ever be released? Having looked into official Cisco VPN Client 4.9, I must say there's room for improvement until it's a real mac thing...
