Microsoft Office 2004 11.3.2 (Mac OS X)
Installed the 11.3.2 Office 2004 update on a iMac 24" and a PowerBook G4 which contained the 11.3.1 pulled version. Not all components were updated to 11.3.2. The last component in the path: /Applications/ Microsoft Office 2004/Office/"Microsoft Office" and "Microsoft Component Plugin" remained at 11.3.0. Versiontracker says they should be 11.3.2. Follow up with other users confirms this. [alert admin]

Homebrew Formulator 2.7.3 (Mac OS X)
I have tried several times to download version 2.7.3 from version tracker and the home site but I still get version 2.7.2. [alert admin]

Atomic Mac 6.0 (Mac OS X)
Will not download from either Versiontracker or Black Cat site. Control click on site will download file but will not unstuff without errors. Using Safari and Panther. [alert admin]

I was also unable to download the update after a successful login. Clicking on the "download patch" button only looped me back to the download page.
