MaxBulk Mailer 5.7 (Mac OS X)

I've been using Max Bulk for 3 years. I know the program really well and am an advanced user. Twice now the program has sent MULTIPLE emails to the same email address. This has been disastrous. The first time it happened about a year ago, I was under the impression they fixed the issue. They did not. The only thing you never want a program like this to do is actually send your existing list the same email 2-10 times. There should be NO WAY for a program to do this. I would steer clear. I emailed the developer and I guess they had no interest in addressing this issue hoping I will go away. Well, I'm gone. Don't take a chance with this software. It will hurt your business. Tri-BACKUP 5.0.0 (Mac OS X)

don't use.

Have used version 4 on non Intel Mac. Just bought Intel Mac with Leopard. I am a very experienced user. Tri-Backup wiped out over 800GB of my data (I did have backups). I tried to simply ask the company for assistance and they have not responded. I wouldn't use the software. Why deal with a company that won't answer an email asking for tech help. [alert admin]

Printing issues
